Hi, thanks for your message, I'll warn the user further. In the future you can report on-going vandals to WP:AIAV but only after they have vandalized past a "last warning". See this page for a list of warnings and when to use them. It is 100% appropriate for you to warn vandals regardless of you editing anonymously. BTW, have you considered signing up?
