Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Brandon Teena. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. - Alison ☺ 16:26, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Brandon Teena
Please stop and talk to us. If you keep making major changes like this, against consensus, they'll only get reverted. Discuss instead - Alison ☺ 16:29, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
There was no commentary entered on this article. This article already used a biased point of view by identifying a female transexual as her desired gender and not by the actual one. Desire or want has no basis in fact. "Brandon Teena" is in fact an alias. The person in question was a female. You claim to be impartial, but in reality you are catering to revisionism. I have no idea wikipedia was such a facist organization. Totally unreliable and controling. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.145.150.226 (talk • contribs)
- Not really. We just don't like unilateral change just like that. This is a co-operative encyclopedia, is all. There's room for everyone to work together on articles. Please click on the 'talk' link of the Brandon Teena page and read through the discussion there. The article is highly controversial, with many differing points of view and whatnot, but we largely work together. You'd be most welcome to join in - Alison ☺ 18:47, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
