In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! [edit] Rush
Please stop edit warring over the Members Section on the Rush Article, and discuss it on the TalkPage. I for one have no idea what the FA version is so including this in the edit description is not helpful. Thanks. Kelpin 14:28, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
- Instead of questioning a very clear edit summary, perhaps you should go back and read the Rush FA discussion process to find out which version was decided upon by concensus. I read all FA discussion pages before I edit them. Don't you? All editors should. Also... the editor who keeps re-adding the non-concensus text is an IP sock of User:Alterego269 who is permanently blocked from Wikipedia. Again... if you would just do your homework, you wouldn't have made the mistake of questioning my edit. 142.167.80.111 14:57, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
- Please read my message - I have NO IDEA what an "FA" version is. Therefore asking me if I read the "FA discussion pages" is a complete waste of time. Your edit summary was not "clear" because not all Wiki users (including me) know what "FA discussion pages" are. It would be far better if you told me (and everyone else) what the "FA" pages are or included a link to them in your summary. Do NOT assume everyone knows as much as you do about Wikipedia, and please do not use unreferenced abbreviations to support your arguments. Thanks. Kelpin 15:06, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
- Also it is inappropriate to accuse someone of being a sock puppet on my talk page or anyone else's. If you have evidence report it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Suspected_sock_puppets Kelpin 15:08, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the explanation. I am trying to find my way around WP still - there is a lot to take in, and my experience on here has been trying at times. Just after I registered Akhilleus decided I was a Sock Puppet of MrClaxson and blocked me indefinitely (because I'd had a few arguments with Rambutan). The thing is that even Rambutan (who filed the Sock Puppet report on MrClaxson) doesn't think I'm a Sock Puppet (and to his credit said this on my Talk Page) but unfortunately mud sticks. If you don't mind helping me with something else - I have trouble remembering the format for citing stuff - I either have to find a page with a citation on and copy it (not ideal) or I just leave the link in the text and hope someone who knows what they're doing will fix it for me later. Can you point me to a page with the template on so I can bookmark it? Thanks. Kelpin 15:01, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
