Northern Rail (leased from Angel Trains) former British Railways Associated Rail Technologies (body built by Leyland Bus Limited, under frame built by British Rail Engineering Limited) class 142 ‘Pacer’ two car diesel-hydraulic multiple unit number 142041 (55632 and 55582) of Newton Heath TMD passes Castleton East Junction on the Down Main line forming the 10:15 (Daily) Southport to Rochdale (2J62). Saturday 28th July 2007
