[edit] Notice about this IP address
This IP address is one of those used by the proxies associated with the US Department of the Navy (incl Marine Corps) via NMCI. As such, there is a very, very large range of people who use this address. It does not excuse whatever happens, it is just here for your information.
Please also bear in mind, as a result, this is a Wikipedia sensitive IP address. Please read about sensitive IP addresses before blocking.
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so, as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and edit articles; however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 138.162.5.10). Logging in does not require any personal details, and there are many other benefits for logging in.
When you edit pages:
- Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
- Please use a neutral point of view when editing articles; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as copyrighted text, advertisement messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Adding such content or editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism.
The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. For now, if you are stuck, you can click the edit this page tab above, type {{helpme}} in the edit box, and then click Save Page; an experienced Wikipedian will be around shortly to answer any questions you may have. Also feel free to ask a question on my Talk page. I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. Kukini 20:44, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Edit Summary Request
I have noted that you edit without an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This is considered an important guideline in Wikipedia. Even a short summary is better than no summary. An edit summary is even more important if you delete any text; otherwise, people may think you're being sneaky or even vandalizing. Also, mentioning one change but not another one can be misleading to someone who finds the other one more important; add "and misc." to cover the other change(s). Thanks! -- Kukini 20:44, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Editing concerns
- In regards to your edit to User_talk:Hildanknight: Editing of other users' comments is generally considered not acceptable. — Nathan (talk) 21:39, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to March 17. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Fabricationary 18:39, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
- Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Kukini 20:41, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
What are you talking about? I edited my own comments. The other messages did not apply to me. Many use this IP. --138.162.5.12 20:50, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
- The entire IP is held accountable for the behavior of its users. Perhaps you should consider getting your own user name to avoid this problem in the future. Kukini 20:51, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] February 2007
The recent edit you made to Boxing constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to vandalize pages. If you wish to make useful contributions, read the introduction to editing. Thanks – Qxz 20:03, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Cnatt mar unit, you will be blocked from editing. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. Katieh5584 16:31, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.
