[edit] June 2007
Thanks for experimenting with the page LMFM on Wikipedia. Your recent edit appears to have added incorrect information and has been reverted or removed. All information in the encyclopedia must be verifiable in a reliable published source. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thank you. --ST47Talk 13:26, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.
While I did make edits to Obama and conservapedia, a lot of the edits in my history I did not make. I don't understand how anyone is doing that?? 137.191.228.131 10:20, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
- The "137.191.228.131" user name is just the IP address of the computer that you're accessing Wikipedia from - if you're in a school or workplace, chances are that all the computers will have the same IP address, so other edits from other people there will be lumped in with yours. If you plan on making more than a few edits to Wikipedia, you should think about creating an account with an actual username, so that you don't get pestered with irrelevant warnings - it's free, and only takes a few seconds. --McGeddon 10:43, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
I have an account, but lost my password. 137.191.228.131 11:29, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
- You're welcome to just create a new account. --McGeddon 11:30, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. It appears you have not followed this policy at Barack Obama. Please always observe our core policies. Thank you. Gamaliel (Angry Mastodon! Run!) 14:40, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.

Hi everybody, just to let you know that this "user" is a shared IP address from a large organisation that has 3000+ (Department of Agriculture, Ireland).I happened to know because I have a website that's been having a lot of hits from there and I was googling the IP address and arrived here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.195.137.125 (talk) 19:53, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

Hi, the recent edit you made to Keith Duffy (singer/actor) has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Gurn, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add your reference to the article. Thank you. скоморохъ 14:54, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
