So its name will probably be Johnshopkinsappliedphysicslab?? Wow --Sonjaaa 19:32, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

    • eheh. I think 2002 JF56 is a better name. LOL. Besides in the future it will be mined to death or sent to Mars or Venus for terraforming. and BTW stop naming rocks! Only objects bigger than 10 km should have names. --Pedro 17:13, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
Then name it "Johaphyl" - JOhns Hopkins Applied PHYsics Lab. An acronymic portmanteau name! GBC 00:12, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] New Horizons

Somebody should get some of the pictures form New Horizons. I can't find them and I really want to see what images from New Horizons looks like. Thanks ahead of time, and May the Force be with you!

[edit] New Name

The name of 2002 JF56 was formally decided "APL". I think that I should change the article name.

Anyone know what its minor planet number is? Bryan Derksen 08:00, 24 January 2007 (UTC) Well, I'm officially dumb. I'm guessing it's 132524, the number that's already in the title, right? :) Bryan Derksen 01:10, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Is it meant to be pronounced "Ay-pee-ell" or "Apple"? Serendipodous 17:28, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
The former (acronym). Michaelbusch 22:43, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
