Welcome, IBM Wikipedian!
This IP address is an Internet gateway for IBM. If you've been directed to this page by a vandalism warning, it is not because you are personally engaging in vandalism. It's just because you're trying to make an update from inside IBM, and you're not logged into Wikipedia. Unfortunately, a few people here make mistakes or deliberate mischief in editing Wikipedia, and the only way for Wikipedia to block one mischievous person here is to block us all.
If you already have a Wikipedia account, all you need to do is log in and then you can make the update you want.
If you don't have a Wikipedia account, you'll need to create one before you can make any updates from within IBM.
