This I.P. Address is the main I.P used for all computers in Eagle Club Group and also the (e)ESC(e) and as well as the (e)DLH(e) and so blocking this IP will cause thousands of user accounts and computers to be blocked from editing Wikipedia, and becuase of this the admins are requested to block a specific account and not the IP.
