(In response to your request) The only article vandalished from this IP was Camel (twice). In both cases warnings were given. You can check, at any moment, all edits from this IP by clicking on Special:Contributions/124.170.92.55. To check what exactly the user did press on the diff button next to each edit.

These warnings won't affect any good contributions by this IP. Of course, you have to consider to [[[Special:USerlogin|create an account and log in]] to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address. This would be much better.
