123 Flash Chat is a chat server software, developed by Jiang Hong at 2003. Shanghai China. The company name is TopCMM Software Corp. which was founded at 2001 as a team,and registered as company at 2005. (check company's history)
Different from conventional java chat software,123 flash chat is almost the first "flash chat" on the marketplace . It uses java on server side and flash on client. Thanks to Adobe's excellent flash technology,we can use it brings internet users a new fresh online chat experience.
