In my opinion, this still sounds very much like an ad, or at least a yellow-pages listing. While the information you have can remain on the page, more information needs to be added to balance it into an encyclopedic article.

For instance, you should clarify the significance of the company (why does it warrant a Wikipedia article?). You could also add sections that describe the history of the company and its products, any incidents in which the company was in the news, advancements the company has made in its field, obstacles currently faced by the company.

Just try to imagine what kind of information people might be looking for if they've taken the time to look up Casale Media in an encyclopedia. For more ideas, or to get a better feel for what I'm talking about, take a look at The Coca-Cola Company. Clearly the Casale Media article won't necessarily become that extensive overnight, but it would be great if you started heading in that direction.
