[edit] Thank you for your contributions
Thank you for your contributions to Mark Smith (Iowa politician). Information is always welcomed. However, some of your contributions don't have a source. Our verifiability policy (WP:V) and our Biography of living persons policy (WP:BLP) require sources for contributions - particularly with reverence to Mr. Smith's current occupation (outside of the legislature). If you can help with the sources, it would be much appreciated. Thanks again. --Tim4christ17 talk 00:25, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
- If you're getting it from personal information, it's called original research, which is not allowed on Wikipedia, sorry. Getting it from a "trusted" website is okay. If this is Representative Smith's website, as it appears to be, than it is acceptable. (Self published material may only be used in Biographies of living persons when published by the subject). Hope that answers your questions. I also posted this message on my talk page --Tim4christ17 talk 17:19, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
