I Have a question, I am not sure on the field regulation of baseball verses soft ball. My daughters school is very small but they have a soccer field and a baseball field. My question is can the girls use the baseball field for soft ball? I mean can't they have a pitcher's mound that is removable, and move the bases if necessary. I spoke to her Assistant Principal/ Athletic director and he said that they have different regulations and if she wants to sign up for baseball she is welcome to. That is not the answer I was looking for! I agree with the letter another person wrote that sports should be equal, If they have baseball then they should offer softball for the girls. It does seem a little prejudice toward the girls. Please let me know if you have an answer for me regaurding the fields, can they be adjusted so both games can be played on them. Sincerly P.Citowitz
