[edit] Recent edits
I've undone a few of the recent edits, and here is why.
a) Recent changes to Adelaide 500 rules only Race 2 decides round result. Race 1 results count only towards championship pointscore, not Adelaide 500. It's a change for this year which V8 Supercar is trying to apply retrospectively as well. Rick Kelly has far more points, but Cameron McConville is officially third for the round. It's stupid I know.
...
d) 'Ret' instead of '0'. It's right there in the legend. Don't contradict the legend. Additional 'Ret' indicates specifically that the driver did not finish as opposed to (NC) which is the same colour and is for finishing the race but with not enough laps to score points.
Additionally, Paul Dumbrell did not finish either Adelaide race, that is what DNF means. To say he finished but scored no points is mis-representative.
As for Waldens... they still hold the franchise and until such time as the team is folded, perhaps they should be left there. Presumably the spectre of massively increasing fines will force that sooner rather than later. --Falcadore (talk) 00:15, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
