This picture has been published by rediffmail.com ilustrating their article on the defection of raw agent rabinder singh the picture was originally take from the file photo of raw, it has been modulated using photoplus and picassa, the picture will stand any stringent test on the doctrine of fair use for the following reasons, 1> It is hardly possible that an intelligence agent will have a lot of public domain photographs, 2> Especially so when he has defected from his parent organization and is hiding in another country. 3> The use of the image highly enhances the quality of the articles where the pic is used namely on articles like Rabinder Singh and RAW.
