Its good of you to write that stuff you edited out about khmer cuisine. However you must understand that the page must be neutral. You can't write with too many opinions either or else you'll downgrade the quality of the paper and make it sound biased. I love Khmer food too but please somehow incorperate the things you edited in with the original article. Not to mention you completely wiped out a credible source in the first paragraph.
