[edit] Fair use rationale for Television in the Soviet Union and Broadcasting in the Soviet Union
While the copyright of the screenshot belongs to the TV company, I think that having this image on the Television in the Soviet Union constitutes Fair use as described by the USA law as it is:
- Used to critically describe his work as one of the most important Soviet TV presenters
- The image itself is of very low resolution and have now commercial value
- Does not negatively interfere with the TV company business in any way
