While the copyright for the image belongs to the heirs of Alexander Deyneka I believe usage of a low quality reproduction for the critical analysis in the article about the painting's author constitutes a fair use as defined by the USA law. The painting is the most known among the World War inspired paintings of the author (an probably the most notable of Deyneka's paintings) Alex Bakharev 23:16, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
