Ōkubo Tadachika (大久保忠隣 Ōkubo Tadachika?) (1553-July 28, 1628) was a Japanese daimyo and samurai general of the Azuchi-Momoyama period through Edo period. He was the second head of Odawara Domain.

Tadachika was a senior vassal of the Tokugawa clan, and fought in many of its major conflicts of the Sengoku period. He became lord of the Odawara Domain, however, as he was implicated in a case of political intrigue, his domain was confiscated, and he became a Buddhist monk by the name of Keian Dōhaku (渓庵道白).

Because of his distinguished combat service, his descendants were later allowed to return as lords of the Odawara domain.
