Čvarci

Duvan cvarci, or simply cvarci (chvartzi) are chips made out of pig. It is a kind of pork rind and is a popular peasant food in the lowland, Pannonian regions. It is not cooked but fried in a lot of fat instead. The skin may or may not be attached. ^[1]
