Červený Kameň is a village and municipality in Ilava District in the Trenčín Region of north-western Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1354.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 361 metres and covers an area of 32.584 km². It has a population of about 757 people.

Cervený Kamen Castle is situated on a quartz hill over a small village of Píla in the Small Carpathian Mountains. Originally, the king castle from the half of 13th century changed a lot of masters, for example Matus Cak Trenciansky, Thurzo family, Fuggero family, Palffy family. In 1970 the castle has been ranked the National Cultural Monument.
