Örüg Temür Khan

Örüg Temür Khan or Gulichi is Oirat leader who temporarily throned himself khan of Northern Yuan. He is well-known as Ugech khashikha in Mongolian history. Khashikha means prince or duke in Tungusic languages.

Gulichi became khan in 1402, and abolished the name Yuan Dynasty. According to Rene Grousset, he was leader of Oirads and Kyrgyzs. However, he was defeated by Öljei Temür Khan in 1403.

In 1408, his partners or eastern mongolian noyan Arughtai killed him. He is one of few khans that is not belonged to Golden family of Chingis khan.
