Ælfheah may refer to the following people:
- Alphege - a Saint, and Archbishop of Canterbury who was martyred in 1012.
- Alphege the Bald - a Saint, and the first Bishop of Winchester who died in 951.
- Alphege of Wells - the third Bishop of Wells who died around 937.
- Elphege of Lichfield - an Anglo-Saxon Bishop of Lichfield who died between 1002 and 1004.
- Ælfheah, ealdorman of Hampshire - brother of Ælfhere, Ealdorman of Mercia
