After Ådalen 31, theere was a law placed that made it illigal for the Swedish army to be used against its own people. Recently I belive it was the last year, the Social Democratic Party (ruling party) a party with heavy connections to the Unions rewrote that law so that it is now okay to use the military agains Swedish Citizens when they are demonstration or "rioting"
