Árneshreppur

Árneshreppur is a municipality located in northern Iceland, in the Westfjords.

As of 2006, Árneshreppur had a total population of 50, and a population density of 0.07/km² (0.18/mi²). The total area is 724 km² (280 mi²).

The village Djúpavík at the Reykjarfjörður is situated in the municipality. Other villages are Gjögur, Norðurfjörður and Krossness.
