+676 is the ITU-T international calling code for Tonga. As Tonga does not provide localised area codes, all local numbers are prefixed with the three-digit country code[1]. However, mobile phones provided by U-Call Mobile are prefixed by both the country code and a two-digit code of either 15, 16, 17, 18 or 19[2]. Similarly, some landlines in the district of Pea are prefixed with 676 and an area code of 30.
