Michael Elphick (born September 19, 1946 in Chichester, West Sussex; died September 7, 2002 in London) was an English actor.

Elphick was known primarily in the UK for his trademark croaky voice and his work on British television, in particular his roles as private investigator Boon in the hit ITV series and subsequent role in BBC's EastEnders.

Elphick died in 2002 aged 55 of an alcohol-aided heart attack after collapsing at his home in Willesden Green, north west London.
