Description	Turbine Tower No 9 overlooking Rochdale town centre Turbine No 9 on Scout Moor has a commanding view of the town of Rochdale in the valley below. Construction was completed early in 2008 with turbine No 9 just one of 26 wind turbines on the Scout Moor Wind Farm.
