Milos Vuskovic (1900-1975) was a Montenegrin painter and the member of CANU-Montenegro Academy of science and art. His paintings are in the National Museum of Montenegro.

In 1935, Vuskovic co-founded the newspaper Osisani Jez. At the newspaper he worked with artists Beta Vukanović and Pjer Krizanic, and writers Branislav Nušić, Stanislav Vinaver and Branko Ćopić. In this newspaper he made a caricature personality of -lale Moce-,and after the war he made another caricature personality of Montenegrin Krcun.He made a cartoon -Moca and Krcun- that was the most popular cartoon of newspaper Jez.
Before the Second World War, Vuskovic lived in Pančevo, where he painted portraits and compositions. In the text of Sreten Maric, about the history of Serbian painting, he is included as a protagonist of social realism.
At the 1944 exhibition in Belgrade, he exhibited with painters such as Jovan Bjelic, Stojan Aralica, Beta Vukanović and Nedeljko Gvozdenović. This is published in 1945 on Christmas in newspaper Politika.
Vuskovic's work was exhibited in the Cetinje Biennial of 1946 alongside the work of Petar Lubarda, Milo Milunović, Risto Stijovic and other artists.
The Cetinje School of Art was established in January 1947 under director Ratko Djurovic. Vuskovic served as the director of the school for many years after Djurovic. He relocated to Cetinje in 1948 and lived there until his death.
