In 1983, Lakewood Junior High School, was overcrowded, so grades 9-12 moved to LHS.

The Lakewood High School campus is a high school campus consisting of 45 acres of rural land. The campus has the school building, football staduim (also used for various sports including track), garden, parking lots, and baseball fields. Plus Tree. Garbage can, and Bench.

The high school follows a regular curriculm that consists of reading, math, science, social studies, writing, and more.
